i like the plumbing for the turbo. not a bad idea. allow the turbo might heat the intake charge

interesting intercooler piping you got there. why did you choose that? the turbo heat isn't going to help the air going in...

It just occurred to me that maybe one of the reasons you're running rich is you may need an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. If you have a higher-flow fuel pump than the stock TII pump, it could be pushing more fuel that the stock regulator could handle, causing the engine to run rich and have a terrible idle.

With how little air makes contact with the pipe it's not too much of a worry. If it is, make youserlf a turbo blanket. THey can be easily designed so they're simply warm to the touch after a hard pull.

the piping is pretty much exactly just like greddy's first model for the FC.the only other thing that i would cange is the exhaust tips. get them angled down more so they are not poiting at the ground

and the reason your running rich is because you have nothing to control the fuel injectors.... gotta get a Rtec or Fcon :P

Nice work it all looks good. I like the ICP rought. It allso makes it so you dont have to work around ICP when removing spark plugs. Thow Theres no way I could have roughted 3in pipe all down one fender :-( I tryd.

Your using 720's just get a rtek chip it is pre tuned for 720s and betor performance and cheeper then you will ever get out of a SAFC2. It even changes your timing for more boost and built in FCD.

nice sleeping look and great interior. My clock dont even work but my last one did.

Your idle issue is ither a dirty BACV or tps setings / idle adjustment. The secondarys dont even kick in untill 3,800RPMs so there not even on during idle. It could be dirty injectors did you have the 550s cleand?

There is no need for a SAFC with a rtek. Your setup is ideal for a rtek or I would sugest another rought.
