finished motor swap runs good, little bug?!
the motor runs great now turns over and starts fast, but it's got a wierd idle issue....
it stavys reving from 1500 and bounces between that and 2500, and it shows lean on the A/F ratio gauge
if i raise the idle at the HARD IDLE screw to about 3000 it revs steady
when i'm driving it runs smooth no jerking or pulsing and the engine isnt leaning out when underboost or in Vac
i'm fairly sure it's not a air leak issue i sprayed the engine down with starter fluid, and no rpm gain or smoother idle
any advise or ideas

i hope it's not that i just bought it from a guy said it was good...
when the engine is off, key on, and at closed throttle i've got the tps below 1 volt if i remember correctly, not sure what the voltage reguires running/ idle tho.
that'll be someting to def double check
