I've had the Tanabe's and poly bushings on my S4 NA for over a year now. I've also installed the semi-hard rear sub-frame and Diff mounts and rear steer eliminators. I love the feel of them with the Tokico Blues. I've also installed the semi-hard rear sub-frame and Diff mounts and rear steer eliminators. The handling is nice and tight for the mountain driving I do daily. My only complaint was that camber was way out both front and rear because of the dramatic drop these springs give you. I was eating tires really fast. I just recently installed camber plates in the front, and a camber bar in the rear. A good alignment and new tires should fix what little complaints I had.

The small front control arm bushing can be pressed out easily enough, I did it with a couple boards, a hole saw and a c-clamp I had in the garage =)
The big front control arm bushing I had to cut off with a dremel, it has a steal strap inside it about half-way down, that was a mess and a took a while.
The front and rear sway bar bushings are very easy, a couple of bolts each.
I haven't tried to tackle the rear control arm bushing yet, and I recently got a rear sub frame from someone that already has new poly bushings installed. =)
