A few vacuum questions

I finally got my car running today, but I had a few questions. Where is the line on the intercooler piping supposed to go? Also, what are the 2 nipples on the Intercooler for? My car would keep stalling, and I tried hooking up the line off of the intercooler piping to the intercooler and it ran fine, I haven't driven it because I'm not sure if it goes this way, but it held an idle fine after warming up. (No thermowax)

BAC valve inlet.

Air supply valve (on the back of the UIM) and accelerated warm-up system valve (on top on UIM).

If any of those nipples are open you'll have a huge vac leak and no idle.
