A few s5 TII questions

-What is the normal operating temperature of an S5 Turbo2?
-What is considered "hot," or "oh **** i better pull off now and let my car cool down" temperatures?
-What is better in determining engine temp, water temp gauge, or oil temp? should i get both?
-What is better electrical or mechanical readings?

depeneding on who you ask 175 - 210 for water temp, 220 start worrying, 250 danger.
water temp and oil pressure first and then if you have room to mount it do the oil temp.
electrical since you don't want hot fluids leaking in the drivers area or elsewhere.
