Few questions. Vibration. Steering
1988 GXL, Automatic Transmission, Still has power steering etc...
When driving at about 55mph i get somewhat of a pulsing vibration. At 0-50, and 60+ it dosn't exist. Any thoughts about that?
Also when I crank the wheel full one way while backing up sometimes the car bucks as if i just ran over something like a 2 inch rock, other times or while cranked while going foward it feels like i am on a road with alot of bumps on it, about 1/2 inch. Power steering fluid is good... any thoughts?

always start with the easiest diagnostics. Get under the car and look for any visible damage to suspension components. You also may want to have your alignment checked.
How are your tires wearing?

Can you rotate the tires from back to front and vice versa?
If this problem changes, it's the tires (maybe imbalance or broken belt internally).
