A Few Questions/Problems

My car is finally up and running, but i still have a few issues:
1) My car hesitates majorly in 1st and second gear... I did a search, and it appears to be my TPS, but is there anything else i could look for?
2) A buzzer keeps going off in random gears, at random rpms (like the one for the low coolant/oil) but no lights come on.... I took apart the warning light cluster, and it appears to be wired correctly (it was removed and rewired by previous owner...dont know why) and even if the wires werent to the right places, there would atleast be one light on.
3) Also, there are a few wires for the warning light cluster that appear to be the same color without any markings... does anyone have a wiring diagram for the warning lights??? i would like to make sure that its wired correctly... main reason being is that i keep getting my windshield washer light keeps going off, but its full, so im wondering if it is another wire that is hooked up incorrectly.
thanks guys.

THe FSM says for lack of power check:
ignition timing and ignition system, knock control system,
inspect intake system for leaks, clogged air filter, check twinscroll control system, wastegate valve, turbo, accelerator cable,AFM, pressure sensor, fuel pump control, double throttle system, TPS, water thermo-sensor, fuel pressure, injectors, feedback system, ECU, compression.

I hope for your sake, it's just something simple, I still havent found my hesitation problems. It's best just to get a manual and just start crossing things off the list.

Are you sure the lights arent burned out? Check the coolant and oil level. I am guessing you have an air bubble in your coolant or low oil.

my coolant and oil are both full... the oil is actually just barely above the full mark and the coolant is as full as possible.... also, when i turn the key to on, yet not started, all of the lights show up.
