A few questions

Alright guys, my rx7 has 259xxx miles on it and runs great. I'm still learning about these cars and yes I know how to use the search feature. The fella that had my car last straight piped it, removed ps and ac. As well as the "rats nest". I don't even know what one looks like. Anyways, the car seems to plateau at 4500 revs. How do I fix this? And an aftermarket fpr was installed, what is my idle pressure supposed to be? Also how do I check timing? The cas appears to be retarded, but I don't know which mark is leading and trailing. And should I be able to turn the engine just by grabbing the balancer and twisting? Thanks for the help!

Well, what sort of car do you have? Year, make, turbo, n/a, etc.

idle fuel pressure should be around 40-45psi i think. that is assuming you have stock size injectors.
