So i just got my latest RX7 an 87 NA running. Motor is running great, starts up perfect and no issues at all but now i have a few other issues that i can't figure out.

First off is the dreaded 3800rpm hesitation except mine is not a hesitation, it is a wall. I can not go past 3800 unless i just bearing touch the gas and creep by.

When putting the engine together i took extra time ot clean all the grounds on it, so i know they are good. Wiring harness seems to be ok. Chassis ground also appears to be ok by the multimeter.

But yet the car will still not go past 3800. My last car did this same thing when my secondary injectors were not hooked up (long story, well documentated somwhere on here) but these are hooked up.

I have tried everything i know of about the 3800 issue to fix it, anyone else got any ideas?

Next, my water temp gauge is not working on the dash, does it get it's info from the ECU or direct from the sensor? I am thinking the ECU could be the problem.

My fuel level gauge might not be working but i could also be out of gas.

Then i also get this annoying beep anytime i turn the key on, it is not the buzzer like the revlimiter or water level low buzzer but a long never ending beeeeeeeeeeeep. Can't figure out what is causing it. No warning lights except the brake are on.

Otherwise everything else looks to be fine but these little issues are bugging me and i can't figure them out.

Any ideas?
