fenders...bolts or welds??
hey all another n00bi5h question for ya all....a stupid old lady, or as i like to call her,the devil, backed into my rx7 and smashed my left frotn nicely..i ordered a new fender for 75 bucks and i was just wondering if the left front fender was onyl attached by bolts or if it needs welding as well..i woudl really liek to be able to put it on myself and not pay some *** 500 bucks

nuts and bolts, im not sure about shimming the fender though i dont know if you have to do it with our cars, i donno

I also had to replace my front left fender (i didn't get hit though). I think it's like 8 10mm bolts. You got a good deal on your fender though. Mine was $50, but i was in a hurry to replace it so it didn't really matter.

thasnk guys i got my fender at www.rx7world.com they have a decent selection of used stuff fore cheap

dude, i JUST replaced my left fender, its actually a bitch. just make sure you dont break any, spray all them down with a good lube. and done forget the ones that hold the fender to the bumper. oh and you HAVE to remove the inner fender well, its easy just do it first thing.
