I know this has been asked many times and I have searched...I got the fender to the point that I can swing it out from where it meets the door, but it's still stuck on to the bumper and there seems no way to get it off without taking off the bumper first which I can't seem to do either. Is this a necessity? I tried reaching the bolts that attach it to the bumper from the wheelwell with an extension but after many turns, there on just as tight as they started. I believe they are those ones that....you need to hold stationary from the other side...whatever those are called. I'm verbally..inclined. But yeah, help appreciated!!
