check the button that is pushed in when you close your door that is supposed to turn the interior lights off and turn the lights on when door is open. It gets corroded sometimes causing the lights not to work properly. The button is located below the door latch and can be seen when you open the door it is covered by a black rubber mini "boot" . while door is open push button in and out with finger several times and see if interior lights flicker on and off at all. Other than that I am sure you have checked fuses.

Yep, if they are not coming on after you replaced the bulbs, it is either a blown room fuse, or a bad door switch.

Is your clock resetting as well everything you open the door? Have you dont any stereo work lately? I think your room fuse is blown also.

It can only drain your battery when the light is on... It won't drain your battery when the light is off.
