Why help him? Because he asked for the help. Despite the fact that he's new to the forum, he asked for help, I was under the influence that that was the reason this forum was here, but I guess not. You guys take any chance to flame someone for the slightest idea of something different, when in the same amount of time it took you to flame the guy, you could have posted something constructive toward his goal....even if you don't think that it's cost effective/a worthy swap/etc. Just help the guy to the best of your ability. Dude, good luck with the swap, yes it will be expensive, but if that's what you want to do, do it.

Well, a V8 swap would be cheaper, more reliable, and just as much power as the 20B swap you suggested.

I guess if you're economical/intelligent you're a **** sucker?

@ Poster: Look into a 13BT or 13B-RE swap. They are a lot more feasible than the REW, and just as "cool."

Im not condoning a V8 swap, but if you arethat ignorant about exactly how well a properly done V8 swap can perform, then.......well.......Im not gonna say it.

A local around here has an LS1 FC that runs flat 12's. Not your typical "**** sucker".

Not to mention the fact that it handles as wellas any other FC my priveliged *** has rode in.

where's Ice to shut down a thread when you need him?

Anyways, here's a take on a couple of engine swaps, V8 not included.

okay, two hours are up.

thread closed.

and rotaroy he was asking about a rotary engine swap, not a piston engine one.

Piston swaps and anything related to them (including replies like yours) should only be posted in the Other Engines section of the board.
