hey, i was told that the LSDs from the FDs are interchangable, is this correct? or to what extent is the correct.

my FC (a jap import series 4 as i live in Aus) looks as though the last owner has blown the LSD and has put in a single spinner. or the clutchpacks are not grabbing or something. so im looking for a replacement

 

There's a thread on this in the archive....its like the 5th one from the top...can't possibly miss it.
