The B+ terminal goes to the battery, the "Field" wire also gets connected directly to the battery (I just wired mine to the B+ terminal on the alternator via a fuse), and the "Sense" wire (for the warning lights) goes to the stock location.

If you don't hook up the "dash" what happends? Your stock dash volt meter won't work? Will the alternator work fine still?

DASH is for Warning Lights. All the warning lights come on when the key is put to ON, on a normal RX. Then go out when the alternator starts to put out. You just lose that feature if that wire isn't used. Alternator still functions and regulates without it.
