FD Alternator Question
Well, I am finally getting around to installing the FD alternator I got from silverrotor. Whom, by the way is an excellent seller and I would recommend for your low amperage woes. 
Anyways, for anyone that has done this modification to a Series 4, which wires match up?
FD alternator: Thick white with red bands
Thin white with red stripe
Harness on engine: Black with white stripe
White with red bands
Am I right in assuming that the thick wire on the FD alternator goes to the white with red bands on the engine harness?
