fcd location

ok i bought my turbo car from a guy im slowly not starting to trust cause the more i find about this car the more i realize how much it needs work. well my question is where would i find the fcd. its a hks if that makes a difference. ive looked under the dash and only found the weird key thing i posted about before.

its usually hooked on the same bracket as the boost sensor on the right side fender, bolted to the strut tower! (basically where the fuse panal is on the left side, but on the right side)

i still cant find it, i think ive been had. does it matter that it was a gxl and had a jspec put in it? their is a boost controller that is hooked up to the wastegate and then an aftermarkert boost gauge hooked up to the same spot. right at the neck of the turbo outlet.
