So i have a 88 gxl which i pulled the motor to swap with a 91 jspec kouki motor. My main problem is figuring out what to do about the throttle cable and how to make it compatible for my car. How do i convert the throttle to lhd for my car?

 

You buy a s5 tii throttle cable. Since you have a s5 tii engine.
