FC3S Breaks

So my breaks on my Fc keep overheating I think and they lock up until the car can not move but if I wait for them to cool down for say 20 mins they free up again but I wouldn't even be driving the car hard it would happen if I was just popping down to the shop 5 mins away does anyone know why this is happening I have had all my calipers rebuilt recently and new pads and discs would it be something to do with my brake booster or my master cylinder. If anyone could be of any help. Thanks

Take an infrared temp gauge and check each rotor to see which is hottest and not releasing, and if all calipers are recently rebuilt, undo the bleeder on the offending caliper
to see if the pressure releases, if so, internal break in rubber brake hose, so replace hose.

Check the play in your brake pedal. If there's no or too little play in the pedal, than it can cause the brakes to lockup.
