FC widebody on eBay, but why....

That looks suspiciously a lot like the raceonusa.com widebody kit if I've ever seen it. He's LYING!!!! That front bumper gives it away, it's just a skin, you can see the OEM one under it.
Oh, and EWWWWWWWWWW! Carbon fiber looking insers and that ghastly maroonish interior, that looks gross!
If someone really is thinking of bidding on it let me know and I'll see if I can't go and have a look at it since it won't be too far from where I live as I'm also in Surrey, B.C, at the moment.

regardles of if its a true TriPoint body kit or the race one knockoff it was installed correctly and looks good, and i think cutting the bottom half of the front bumper wasnt even necessary with the real tripoint kit, but most did it anyways. id rock that kit with the proper wheels

You jackasses are rediculous, you act like the Base isn't worth messing with. WTF? It is the lightest of all the 2nd gens if you get it with the manual rack, no power windows blah blah blah. My first 2nd gen was a base model.. had nearly 200hp thanks to a large streetport, header, TB modification, fuel pump upgrade, high flow cat and mufflers.. Stop hating, a nice set of wheels, and dye the interior it would be sweet. In all honesty the previous owner probably removed the wheels before they put it up for sale..

lmao at the $1800 'BRIDE STY' seats! hahahahaha. 1800 for knockoff brides? and 900 for carbon fiber interior which is just like 8 little cover pieces? and a $7000 paint job that didnt even include painting the engine bay!?
here's what happened: someone riced out a base model on the inside, then got a full widebody kit, underestimated how much it would cost to get it all installed, went bankrupt, and now theyre lying their *** off to make some money back.

Probably this guy is like me, he gets to a certain point, gets sick of dumping money into something that is worth nothing, says he's giving up then buys another one and starts all over.......... looks like he is definitely "Gouging" on the prices he paid for the items, come on $7000 for his paint job, it is nice, but not $7000 nice. anyways... Who cares how much he spent it means CRAP it's only worth what someone is willing to pay.. Somehow I believe that this one will not meet it's reserve...

wouldn't take much work to look very nice, the kit does look cleanly installed and it would make a nice project car.
the front bumper does look tacky though.... but i think it would look like a monster with some nice meats to fill up the wells. transplant the engine, gut the interior and do some front end work.

Serious racers love the base due to its lighter weight, are you telling me this is going to be a race car with all that fibreglass on it, if its a show car, why the body but no motor, brakes, suspension etc...The interior is all there, the bumper covers are even still there.
RRTEC you call us Jackasses on one post then agree he's price gouging, which is it.
My point is and has been accepted by everyone else that this is a nice body kit on a completely base model, why? I can buy a nice TII for around $3500 with mods that help its performance. It doesn't even have the 5 lug set up, it has nothing but extra weight.

the seller is about 20 minutes from me...
i should go check it out
the car might have been alright with a stripped interior, real seats, more power and wide wheels....
but jeez...
the way some people do things...
