FC starts then dies immediately
Ok when I start the car is turns over then dies immediately, I unplugged the MAF and it will stay running as long as I keep the peddle down. I checked for vacuum leaks and fixed them so I know its not that. Anyone have any ideas?

It's a bit strange that the car would run w/o the AFM being hooked up because it provides a ground wire(Brown wire) to the circuit opening relay which is essential in the engine continuing to run after startup but you say you can keep the car running as long as you depress the gas pedal.
Do you have the fuel pump connector currently jumpered? If not, then jumper it and attempt to start the car.

+1 on the potential vac issue...
Try this: Have someone inside the car to start it and when they do, adjust the idler screw (attached to the throttle pulley)so that it's pushing a little more and more against the retractor arm.
Since you're under the hood, you can mess with the throttle, as needed, to keep the tach up.
Once you have it idling (don't worry if the tach has to be pulled up to nearly 2-grand, to keep things running), take a can of starting- or carb-cleaning fluid, and spray around a little, near to your vac-central.
You'll know where the issue starts due to the engine's tach-speed altering.
If that doesn't give any kind of indication(s), let us know.
