hey guys i got some new seats and i was fitting them and got the passenger seat fitted with the standard rail just had to drill 2 holes behind the two front bolt holes for the seat rail.
but with the drivers one the left side rail is different to the right hand side so i cant drill two holes in it to make it square.
i just want to know what you guys that run after market seats in your fc how do you fit them.
any help from you guys that have after market seats would be a great help thanks

Make a square template, that you can use to hook up to the Seat, and then hook up to the Seat rails.
made up of flat-steel,it should do you just fine.
What it sounds like it that you can hook up one side, but not the other.,You need some place to put Bolts to,so that the seat will attach to the rail..
This Template.(picture a 2 inch wide "picture frame" sort of thing Between the seat and the stock rail),should alleviate that problem.
......
alot of guys use aftermarket..OR they use metal straps attached to the Bottom of the seat,so that they just use the Stock rail, and attach to that "strap".
That is the downfall of Aftermarket seats,It takes some engineering to put them in..I am sure you will figure out something though.

He's in AUS, so his driver's side is our passenger side.
I imagine the problem is with how the inside rail on the right-hand seat is at an angle, not flat like the left-hand seat. I'm encountering the same issue myself for a passenger seat. I think I may just Buy the Corbeau right-hand seat bracket, because they make a flat surface to mount their seats to.
Maybe buy it from someplace that allows returns, then just copy it?
