1) When you turn the ****, do the other lights work too and come on? If so, then one of the plugs in the back of the cluster is probably not connected. Or possibly, your bulbs have burned out but I don't think I've ever seen all of them go all bad at once unless something is fried.

2) Check and make sure the speedo plug is still connected into the back of the cluster. If its connected, check the speedo gear down on the transmission.

3) #2 should fix that

Like DAN H said pull the cluster out the spedo cable is probably unpluged. If it is pluged in an tite and all and as is the other plugs b/c thid can efect the lights look at a bad cluster or speedo cable. Next check all fuses. It is probably the guage things are not pluged in or bad cluster.

I have a full TII swap and my spedo guage went right into there! I would be very woried if he put a TII trany in there you must put the correct counter waight assembly for what year rotors you have to keep the engin in ballance!!! a TII tranny swap intitles a TII starter and fly wheel thus requireing the counterwaight to offset this fly wheel so check into this. As well the front yoke size is larger this would require a custom $300 drive shaft or one from a AT with new ujoints pressed in or a compleat TII drive line swap.

^^ ditto- I am running a t2 tranny with an N/a motor, and the cable swapped right over, no problem. But as iceblue said, you better make sure you got the correct counterweight for your rotating assy.
