FC not getting proper nutrition

Much to my dismay, I found the 2 standard oil leaks this week. The car wasn't leaving spots/puddles and was getting good oil mileage but the following areas were wet:

-Oil filter O-ring
-OMP

I got all the parts needed and shot down to my J&R Performance just in case I
needed a new OMP (great guys, did my swap with Kevin's motor from rotary resurrection). My OMP was leaking from the shaft and the guys there found a known good unit, cleaned her up and re-installed it with the new 5 point plate, o-ring and crush washers I got from mazdatrix overnight (which was not necessary since J&R keeps all that little stuff in stock, COOL).

We changed the oil while we were there and I checked out the car underneath again...it's nearly spotless under there!! The frame rails are perfect and everything is actually clean - no real buildup of crud. There are about 4 small rust spots, nothing a grinding wheel and some undercoating couldn't take care of.

While looking around the driver's side rear wheel well, I smell fuel. Not good. The fuel lines are pretty clean EXCEPT for a 2 foot area around that wheel which is ALL corroded. There is a clipe that holds all of the lines together and that is the main area of corrosion as it's wet...not pissing, but wet.

So while the oil leaks are all fixed, I'm now leaking fuel The car is going back to J&R hopefully next week when I'll have the Rtek 1.7 chip and my 720cc's in hand and they'll install them plus address the leak. I'm debating whether or not to replace the fuel lines with clean stock parts they have, run high pressure FI rubber hoses, or go all out with braided lines and -6 AN fittings.

What do you guys think? Strangely enough, this week I got my best fuel mileage yet since the TII swap was completed in July...17mpg. How pathetic, my GVR4 gets 25 and has 20% larger injectors hehe
