YEah whats the FC and stuff?

 

FC, or FC3S, is the chassis code for the 2nd gen
FD, or FD3S is the chassis code for the 3rd gen
its alot easier to type FC or FD than it is to type 2nd gen or 3rd gen.
call it laziness, call it creativity, or just call it ******* stupid

 

Its the vin indication of what model body style you have. The 1st gens are an FB body style, 2nds are FCs, and the 3rds are FDs....

 

1st gens also go by SA22 (?), but you don't see it too often like the rest.

 

And in FC3S there is Series 4 (86-88) and Series 5 (89-92)

 

what about BPU? i see a lot of BPU Supras being talked about...

 

Basic Performance Upgrades...intake, downpipe, boost controller, etc.

You might be thinking of MKIV Supras which are the fourth and final generation of Supras...you know, the ugly ones.
