damn dude, it was like a 3 month process, i had to buy a fd off of ebay for like 12k it was real nice, transfered the titles and insured it, then i wrecked it straight into a wall to collect the insurance to pay for the swap.
i had to cut the front end off and then mig weld it back onto my car and then paint it with spray paint to match.

and I can't help but think there might have been an easier way.

LOL @ IntialD FC. Good source for an FD front end.
http://www.rotaryextreme.com used to make them, but they had fitment issues after the first group buy and stopped I guess.

i dont understand what you did with that crash thing... you bought a nice FD, insured it, then crashed it into a wall so you could collect insurance off of it? and that helped pay for the swap? i dont understand.

there is no 22b. he did not buy an fd, let alone ram it into a wall. the only thing he said that actually rings true is that he no longer has a 13b/13bt in his car any longer.
