FC Experts -> Gauge Surround Bezel?

So I have this weird bezel that doesnt have turn signal switches, and just looks weird. I want to know what model is this from? maybe some special edition or something? Anyway the first 2 pics are the weird bezel, the 3rd pic is the normal bezel.

Perhaps a euro one then? Cause if that were a s4 vert, that's where the top switch is, even though on s5 they put it in the center.

It may be that only S5 verts had that setup.
They came with an airbag and old airbags were big, so the original switchgear/bezel would not work.
Instead they have a more normal (but still weird) stalk arrangement that cleared the airbag in the wheel hub.

89 verts are normal like a coupe, 90 and 91 have the airbag, and the weird surround. its actually a US only thing, as the rest of the world didn't require airbags in 1990
