I voted for Sunday. I think Sat, would be too hectic with so many people there. Plus, our cars would be all over the place. It'd be hard to distinguish who owns which car.

Sorry about not giving your guys an update this weekend but it’s been frantic.

Ok looks like the idea of having a group FC picture taken at the Seven Stock event, then having an FC meet on Sunday is going to work out to be the best plan. For the FC group picture we need to decide on a time and where to meet. Here is the SS6 Sat. schedule:

- 9:30 open
- 10:00-11:00 registration
- 10:45 media – vendor tour
- 11:00 – 12:00 presentations, guest speakers, etc.
- 12:00 – 3:00 Lunch
- 1:00 – 3:00 tech sessions start
- 3:00 – 4:30 awards and raffle (my favorite part )
- 5:00 event over roll out and go to the banquet!!!!

If people don’t want to miss anything there is an open window of one hour between the end of the presentations and the beginning of the tech sessions. I say we should meet up in front of the presentation/DJ booth between 12:00 – 1:00 for the group photo. Take the picture no latter than 1:00 pm so people can go to any tech seminars they want to. Sound good?

For Sunday we need to pick a place to meet up. I think lunchtime would be a great time to meet up. Because I don’t live in So-Cal any of you who do can give some ideas on where to meet that would be sweet!! Thanks guys

I may be wrong but there might be something going on sunday at Racing Beat? I heard something in the West forum. Guess I should find out. Autobacs would be cool with me too. They have lots of cool **** there, only its pretty expensive haha, I wonder if they would get mad if I went there and sat in the waiting room for a few hours everyday and read a bunch of there books they have.

at the hilton the check-in people will be happy to direct us to a restaurant that's close by and has ample parking.

as it seems nobody here knows the area too well, i'd also suggest that the people who will be around friday night/early saturday morning scope out the surrounding area and make suggestions at the noon meetup on saturday.

Ok so heres an idea. . .

Autobacs is 12 miles from Where SS6 will be. It IS open on sunday from 10am to 6 pm ( I called to confirm ) I haev been there and they have a decent sized parking lot. And I would guess sundays would not be to overly crowded. I say we meet there. .. we can take some pics . . chat. . I wanna go into autobacs again, they got some cool books, and some cool toys ^_^ anyways. . then we can head somewhere for food. This is all happening tomorrow so we need to figure it out. I can ask around and find some places close to autobacs for food, or we can take alanna idea and jsut head back towards the hotel for food. CMON PPL! LETS DO SOMETHING. oh yea. . here are the directions from SS6 to Autobacs

1. Start at 1421 REYNOLDS AVE, IRVINE - go 0.1 mi
2. Turn on RED HILL AVE - go 0.1 mi
3. Turn on MACARTHUR BLVD - go 0.5 mi
4. MACARTHUR BLVD becomes E MACARTHUR BLVD - go < 0.1 mi
5. Bear to take CA-55 SOUTH towards NEWPORT BEACH - go 0.9 mi
6. Take the I-405 NORTH exit towards LONG BEACH - go 7.7 mi
7. Take the BEACH BLVD/CA-39 exit towards WESTMINSTER - go 0.5 mi
8. Continue on BEACH BLVD - go 3.1 mi
9. Arrive at 12645 BEACH BLVD, STANTON

its liek 12. 1 miles

I've been to Super AUTOBACS twice now, and it isn't THAT great.

After you browse through the whole store, it gets old pretty quick.

As you said, the prices are pretty high for stuff. While they do have a good display of products (of various brands and applications),...I don't know if they have more products located on site.

Just lookin for a place to park and chill, if you got a better idea lets hear it. Looks as though nothing is going to happen unless we get something organized. . .
