Fc = $$$$ ?

Hey guys,

I'm loving my Turbo II, so I was lookin around for another RX7 to play with and came across a guy selling a 86 GXL that won't start (n/a has 73k on it), from the sound of it from what he said on the phone it sounds like he's flooding it out and can't get it to start.

Either way what is it worth in running condition? It has new tires, new tint, gold, paint is in typical FC condition and body is straight. It is an automatic.

Offer $400 bux and complain how rotary engines costs way too much to rebuild and how they suck. If he doesnt budge, offer him $500 and go from there. Make it sound like youre doing him a favor by taking it off his hands. "You need the space and $500 dollars wont hurt your wallet...". Say crap like that.

Thats the idea...

Thinking of maybe getting it and parting it out if it doesn't run

Wonder how much it's worth in parts ... hmmmm.

God I know... but it's cheap and I can't resist!

Gold + Auto + Red Interior = 1980s Miama Pimp Cocheese Style

IIRC the GXL should have the LSD, 5-Lug, Larger Brakes, and pimp tight extra plush carpeting

Plus the 15" OEM alloys have new P6000's on them.

LOL. Thats like the worst combo, unless it was a base model, then it'd be the worst.

I don't know, the power options suck when they don't work.

Frankly, unless I needed parts, i would not waste my time on this car. Auto=SUX

you put 500 in a rebuild (on the super cheapo do it yourself) and you still have a car worth 750 to the average person.
