Fattest tires on stock BBS

What are the biggest and fattest tires can i use on my stock 88 vert BBS rims?

Your could probably fit a 235/50 on there, but just for a decent sidewall that does not roll I would not go any bigger than a 225/50

A lot of people go for 17x7.5 or 17x8's... idk what the biggest thing that will fit on um is thow... anyone feel free to tell me lol... but that would be a typical improvement... you have 15x6.5 right now, correct?
