Fast idle cam screw

I am playing with the Idle cam screw because i believe it is the cause of my problem.
im just going to list my observations and you guys can give me some help

1) Cold start car idles at ~1500 but after a couple of min (~15) of driving idle drops to 750 and stays

2) After spending ~4-6 hours at school car idles ~500 sometimes less causing the car to die but after driving it goes back up to 600-750rpm

3) On fully warm engine the cam roller doesnt seperate from the fast idle cam marker thing like it says in the fsm.

4) i found a broken vac line under the thermo wax housing is this relavent?

5) Whats the best way to adjust this properly?

6) do i have to adjust the TPS everytime i change the fast idle cam screw?

Thanks for all of your guys help
