fair price?
what you guys think a fair price to straight pipe my car is. i have the true dual but i'm having it collected into one pipe and connected to the y-pipe. and getting 2 new mufflers welded on. what sounds like a good price for all this to be done?

This is highly dependent on your location...
Are you paying for the mufflers or bringing them in for installation?  Some places will quote you higher labor prices if you bring your own components - some will not.
If it's strict pipes (no mufflers) and labor, I don't see this costing more than $300.

Wouldn't having duals collected into a y-pipe defeat the purpose of having true duals, which is to eliminate the y-pipe? It seems that is more work for not much more performance.
