factory throttle stop screw

i was looking at the manual, and it seems like they said .016-02 for the throttle stop
but the weird thign is, i think they said it is suppose to be that with 25oC (77oF) ??? sothat means that is WITH the thermowax....

what is the throttle stop suppose to be set at... from the factory when the car is hot?

just for curiousity...

yea i've asked that question before.....everyone including some of the Moderators say when engine is completly hot the throttle plates are 100% closed.

There is nothing in the fsm that says anything about throttle plate opening when hot.
