An S5 GTU would have 10.9" vented front disks with single piston calipers, and 10.3" solid rear disks also with single piston calipers. A quick look at NAPA's site, shows them matching these parts to "normal suspension".

In the auto parts store catalogs, they often distinguish between the "hard" and "normal" suspensions in FCs. You want the stuff for the "normal" suspension. In '89 and '90, the GTU had the base brake setup with the single piston front calipers, so you'll need the appropriate pads for those. For some odd reason, Mazda changed the specs of the front rotors on the GTU for 1990; '89 GTU cars had 9.8" vented rotors but in '90, all cars had the 10.9" vented fronts.
