Factory Security System in a TII

Does the security system in an 88 TurboII have a fuel cut off? If so, how can I disable it?

as far as i know the S4 alarms was only an ignition cut device

No, it does not have fuel cut or ignition cut.

The stock security systems only kill the starter.
