factory security system info?
anyone know where the brain for the security is on an 89 vert? mine dont work and i want to see if i can fix it, maybe reconnect something or test it out on the multimeter.

Before you rip into it, make sure the sensors on the trunk and doors are connected.
Also I've noticed the keyhole has to be verticle when you lock it for the alarm to come on.
I'd imagine the factory alarm is part of the 1st ECU.
