Unhappy Expolsive Air Conditioning

This is rather funny in some ways, yesterday I had just pulled off the highway and I was pulling into a parking lot. Suddenly liquid violently sprays from under the dash on the passenger side covering my girlfriend in a clear liquid that smells like burning rubber, to say the least she wasn't impressed.
I imediately thought coolant because of the heating coil, but its not because the liquid wasnt green, the coolent level was still high and then engine doesnt heat up pass the 1/2-3/4 mark on the gauge when i run it hard.

So since my AC was on at the time I am thinking that it was condensation from the compressor, testing the theory gives me water spraying slowly into the passenger seat.

Any other ideas on what it could be or how to fix it, some of the engineers at work think its a blockage and I can clean it out somehow.

If your A/C is no longer blowing cold air, maybe the liquid was refrigerant.

HAHAHA....I bet you're not getting any!

hose probably is blocked
+1 take the cover off the bottom of the condenser and clean it out and make sure the hose is free of clogs.

BTW...you would know if it was refrigerant, it would evaporate very quickly and probably hurt like hell.

Although, condensation wouldn't shoot out, violently, you may have lost a seal on the low side of the refrigerant line.... Does it still blow cold???
