Exhuast Questions

I am planning on getting a 3inch exhaust with 3 inch hi flow cat and 3 inch DP, however i do not want to keep my air pump on, is there any way to mount the air pump where the power steering was mounted or better yet is there any electric air pump out there?? What other ways could I keep a 3 inch exhaust quiet without spending 250 for a presilencer from RB that is only 2.5"?!?

97+ corvettes and a few other late model GM cars have electric air pumps
I think that'll be the route I take when I get my car back on the road.

Why do you have to spend $250 for a silencer?

Unless you have to pass emissions checks and your new cat needs air injection, there’s no need for the air pump or the air control valve. Ditch them both.
