Exhausted from exhaust

I am putting in new headers, presilencer, y-pipe, and muffler from racing beat on my '90 rx7 NA. The only problem is that I don know where the header goes, lol. Im also trying to take off this fabricated midpipe, but towards the front there is a screw with a bolt on both sides. The bolt on the other side is to tight a space for me to hold it so I can get it off. I belive it is close to the reactive exhaust manifold.

The header replaces the exhaust manifold, which is directly beneath the intake manifold. There are 4 large nuts that hold the exhaust manifold on, and will be accessible once the rusty heat shields are removed. No idea what this "screw with a bolt on both sides" is.

Hey I'm located in sacramento too. If you want some help I'd be more than willing to lend a hand. I have a 91 N/A.
