alright, i asked about the high end loss of power, and they tell me its the cause of clogged cats, and i was paying attention to my exhaust and i notice a whistle, inside the car and as well as at the tip of the mufflers. is that a sign of a clogged cat and the cause of my loss of high end power?

Could be- just take the dang thing off and gut the clogged parts (if you still have the stock exhaust, it's probably the second cat that's clogged)
