More problems!

Last fall, the car started blowing more smoke than normal, and has always appeared to be white-ish in color. I also noticed some smoke from the engine bay, popped the hood, and saw that there was some smoke coming from the turbo. As well, the grass under the turbo was moving. So I suspect it is an exhaust leak... Sometimes, drops appear on parts around the turbo. I have attached a link to a video to show exactly what I'm talking about.

Can this all be related to an exhaust leak? Did a coolant seal fail somewhere? Any help would be great, but with my luck, it's probably going to be the worst possible scenario...

Wow... just saw that Travis V is having similar problems. I have not had the chance to take it all apart yet, but I'm hoping it's just something that needs tightening...

 

It does look like your exhaust is leaking, but it looks like that turbo is leaking some oil as well. How many miles on that turbo?

 

Well, when I bought it the owner assured me that it had recently been rebuilt, and had few KM on it. I think somewhere around 2000-5000, but I cant find the PM about it.

If it is leaking oil, does that mean it needs a rebuild? Will I wreck anything buy driving it at low/no boost?
