Exhaust talk for the years

This is probably a dumb question but i dont care its for a good cause. I have a 86 rx7 gxl will a catback exhaust from a 89-92 turbo model fit on my rx7? The reason i ask is the guy is selling his hks catback dirt cheap so i figured id hit it up while its hot in case it fits. Thanks!

yes, they are all the same. Only differences are in the mufflers over the years, but the mounts and locations are all the same.

3" catback wont bolt to a 2" cat without leaking. now if you had a pacesetter header and a turbo test pipe you'd be good.
