FL Exhaust Spits

OK well.. wen i crank up my FC in the mornin and i close the gate i see its spittin a black liquid from the pipes... now i have 2 conclusions of my own. 1 its a build up of carbon and water over night thts comin out. or 2 its oil.... cuz it stains the drive way ... any suggestion?
