Exhaust- Remove cats?

hows it going... my eshaust system is completly done from the headers to mufflers ... i have the non- turbo rx-7. What do you guys recommened. Also i was wondering if anyone has taken out there cats? Does it increase power or decrease power?

Ive hollowed mine in the past, it will give you a slight power increase, and possibly increase gas mileage. However, you may have to use one of the many methods of opening your secondary ports if you experience problems.

i replaced mine with a race pipe. Anything to help against restriction would help out. Removing cats always produce more power
