Exhaust Option/Suggestion
91 NA, located in BC.
The stock ones are slowly rusting up, and I have been looking to get the Bonez high flow cat for sometime now, figured I'd do the cat and cat-back exhaust at the same time.
Looking for a single-exit cat-back exhaust, but something that would be applicable for turbo engine in the future when I do engine swap.
Street application, better flow for performance, but quiet tone and not ricer-like huge cannons.
After some research, here are the ones I have come across with:
Apexi N1
Apexi GT-spec
Corksports Power series
Kakimoto R
Greddy/Trust Power
Of course, there is also the option of get a custom exhaust build from local shop. But I've heard those ones tend to have issues in around 2 years time, prefer investing the money in good ones that last longer and spirited driving.
Want to hear what other options are out there, what works for you and what doesn't, and why you suggest a particular exhaust over another. Thanks!

Are you looking for an exhaust with one exit for looks? On an NA, single exit exhaust can be harder to control tone. However, seeing as you're going to run a cat still, you should be ok. Cats do an excellent job of taking out the raspy kazoo sound that rotaries tend to produce, and is amplified by performance exhaust.
When it came time for exhaust in my T2, I built my own. But unless you have the means and the time to do it right, it's sort of impractical. But I liked being able to tune the exhaust to what my ears thought were good.

Yes, I'm more into looks here, want to change it up cause the stock ones are dual exit. But at the same time I would like something that has good deep tone with low-profile look to it.
If I want something that's more plug-and-play, but not fart cannon muffler, what brands are out there?

I'd go with a custom exhaust. A good exhaust shop can build you a nice exhaust for quite a bit less than buying a brand-name exhaust.
I personally love these. Plan on running them on mine.
