87 s4 tii is the car an im lookin at an apexi n1 turbo setup not cats and im looki for a good manifoldto improve what i have, it has the s5 turbo and intake setup with a greddy bov(gonna be a hks soon)any advice would be awesome

 

HKS cast iron log manifold. they last at least as long as the original cast iron manifolds but offer better performance and you can bolt up whatever T4 flange turbo you want.

only thing that comes close is a custom built manifold.
