Exhaust Manifold
HKS and Greddy both make manifolds for the fc. I believe their both t04 flanges. The stock ic can only handle up to around 250-275hp, after that the minimal amount of airflow doesnt make a difference. I'm sure Rted or Evil will correct me if I'm wrong.

The 13B REW intake manifold is much flatter then the 2nd gen manifold, thus the turbos sit closer to the engine. It's likely it will not fit because the turbo will bang into the lower intake. You could probably modify it to fit by adding spacers.
T3 is too small.
Any of the rotary shops carry manifolds for the 13B. There are cheap ones on e-bay, which are hit and miss on quality.
It has nothing to do with HP. It's about airflow and intake temps. Generally speaking the stock intercooler Is good only for the stock turbo.
