Exhaust Manifold?

I'm working on my new Turbo-setup. Does it matter how long exhaust-pipes you have in the manifold? The turbo is an Garret T04E with 64mm inlet A/R60 and 1.15 turbine with 56mm outlet...

The general rule is to insulate any exhaust port to turbo piping to keep the turbo inlet pressure high.

Shorter is better for the same reason.
