i have a question for people running a rb header and pre silencer.

I have the corksport cat back on there now but its too loud. now if i were to compare that to the rb cat back would it be just as loud or a little quieter or what.

on a scale 1 being stock loud and 10 being too load
what would you give the rb exhaust

thanks for your help i just dont want to spend the money then be pulled over again and have to pay the fine from the police

 

RB catback is pretty modest. Its quieter and less agressive looking from what ive heard/seen

 

Cork sport is a ricer exhaust. Its made to make an impression on people(i.e. loud and ricy as ****)

Racing Beat is much better at reducing sound while not killing exhaust flow at all. They also don't look like fart cans like the CS muffler does.

 

I've got the RB DP/presilencer with an apex single N1 catback and it sounds good, but I'm not sure how much difference the header would make. Unfortunately, it has a huge tip (4 1/2 inches) so it looks pretty ricey. I would have gotten the RB catback if i had bought it, but I'm still happy with the A'pex.

 

i have a rb header into a dynomax resonatore into two average size mufflers. dow low its kinda quiet but once you get above 3.5k its dam loud. im trying to get my car a lot quieter but i think im gonna have to buy the racing beat exhaust system. i heard it on another 7 and its real quiet.

 

I did see RB came out with full dual all the way back... that caught my eye...
