I have been working on this for most of the day. removed the old system, no problem.

Bolted up the front to the exhaust manifold but didnt tighten. Bolted rear up to my new Borla and it was off a bit. so I uhooked the Borla and adjusted and bolted itall up and tightened everything down .

cranked it and it is leaking from the front & rear flanges of the Bonez. I have tightened it but no use. I tried to remove the front of the Bonez and one of my studs is now coming out with the nut. I couldnt get it all the way so I tightened it all back down to the point where I was going to break my hand or a bolt.

still leaking. all new gaskets-front and rear. tight as hell.

I dont get it. I put a Bonez superflow on my vert when I had it and didnt get any leaks. is there any difference in the front and rear gaskets?


looks like I am going to have to remove the Bonez and start over . I am covered in grime and tired and pissed.


I havent been able to leave the house today to take care of other stuff.
